This is common sense. This is what people wanted. Anet can score a few points, but why do these things take so long before they get implemented?

Watch them make it where you can display your tonics as "elite armor" next....

Have to agree with the whole rearrange system is one of the biggest things that needs to be fixed and probably will be the last to be worked on.

It's not qq'ing, it's common sense. My character's been around 3 years. He's had some weapons nearly that long. He's depended on them through thick and thin. And then (when GWEN came out) we find that we can only put the fugly destroyer weapons in our hall. That was a let down.

Don't get me wrong -- this is a step in the right direction, although now there are 2 sets of "fuglies" we can put in the hall instead of one. All end-game stuff should be allowed in there, and I think there's a strong case to be made for (at least) all max lvl greens, if not golds as well.

I have one Destroyer Weapon on display... but I have lots of really "special" weapons equipped on my toons and heroes.

Hmm... to spend 5k gold + 18.5k in materials for a Destroyer item... or to spend whatever the price an Armbrace of Truth is now...

Quite the dilemma I have...

I'm afraid you missed the point completely. With mini-pets, you are correct that it doesn't matter what goes in there; could be gold, white, ultra-rare whatever. The weapon monument is limited to Destroyer and soon to be Tormented weapons. That right there is a specific REQUIREMENT. I can't put my Crystalline, Stormbow, Deldrimor etc. to call it complete, now can I?? The fact that IF they decide to add another row for Tormented weapons means the completed Weapon Monument I have now, could 'possibly' to be imcomplete when they update HoM. However, the FULL details have yet to be announced so I'll keep an open mind.

Really disappointed. They should have just said this was all they were going to do, instead of being cyptic.

When ANet changes something these days, it seems to be more about stirring discontent, than fixing anything.

So uh... I guess I'll never see my necros +5e 20% enchant sephis axe or my two zodiac staffs in GW2 then?

What about the people who do not have/want destroyer/torment weapons?

First Destroyer weapons and now Torment weapons. I know there are some that like them, and then there are people that just want them because they're rare and expensive, but I personally find them all ugly.

Any chance of allowing us to follow our own tastes and put weapons we actually like in our HoM?

Thanks ANet, Glad I got a storage full of useless Items that are uglier than shit, instead of something that looks nice.

What else can you update that I've already done and can't undo?
Just give some good mods to those D-weapons and give them to your heroes

I'd rather add deldrimor weapons than Tormented weapons, btw

lol the complaints here are so stupid

"they should have done this from the start"
why? makes more sense to make the new content the requirement then add something later to for a money sink.

"Tormented weapons are ugly like the destroyer weapons"
So don't fill it, that simple.

"they should add deldrimore and and make factions end game weapons craftable and add them too"
NO! ... I'll say it again Hell NO! The deldrimore weapons are cheap to make and would take from the importance of the section all together.

Look Y'all aren't looking at the bigger picture, ectos price is falling fast, if they wanted to fix it they would have nerfed shadow form a bit.

So by putting the Tormented weapons into the HoM they create a new form of ecto... the gemstone. which in turn sells copies of NF to those in need of the area to gain them.

People who get to the area will find it impossible to form a group without Ursan and then realize they need to purchase eotn to get the goods.

Obsidian armor is tired and old and lost its luster. what better way to reinvent the economy?

If in order to max the hall we have to have all 11 torm weps +11 destroyer weps, i'm going to be totally gutted. Hopefully you just need 11 of any kind in total, becaus i'm not spending 1mil+ on these torm weps

LOL at those thinking this is going to require we all fill a full row with tormented . Just goes to show how there are people that only look at things from the most extreme scenario they can imagine. The mere thought that all of a sudden we have to all find 11 armbraces of wealth is ludicrous, so why are so many sheep jumping to that assumption? Reading the QQing about all the farming people are going to have to do is rather humerous.

You can postulate all you want about Anet and common sense, but it seems fairly evident that they have added in one additional class of weapons to HELP some people fill their rack. It is not going to be a huge money spinner for those with tormented's. They have to decide whether to customise their purple's by putting them in or by selling them off and putting in the cheaper destroyer's.

I have one curses staff that I will add in and take the hit on lost value when it is customised - the rest of what I put in though will be the cheaper destroyers. This change should only be peeving off a few leets that would have been happy to customise their tormenteds to fill their racks. Most that complain they have sold them would again sell them rather than face the huge value they drop when they get customised.

Personally their seems to be a huge QQ over something that should be welcomed. While I see a few slightly slightly reasonable grievances about the fringes, this seems to be the usual "beat up Anet" topic that happens when anything and everything is changed.

Cue the cat pics please

I have a full HoM, So long as I can add Shan's torment weapons to it instead of the destroyer ones already there it'll be cool.

You should practice what you preach, if you don’t like Deldrimor don’t like it bug you and move along.

No that's not it, it goes more like Regina Buenaobra in one of her private conversasion with some idiot who whinned about not being able to add tormented weapons in the HoM and not knowing how dumd that would be for a few good reasons. They were never able to remove all the ill gotten goods from the dupping exploit, then you had those 117 who were banned for abusing an exploit for six months and yet again all those ill gotten goods couldn't all be removed and then as you noobly said ursan and that's all that is need to say about it. Plus if you spent any time really thining about it, all those ursan groups don't make tormented weapons any better.

Thank you for making the game suker with idiots that only know how to use one skill.
